First, use a creamy concealer, one that won’t dry out the delicate skin under the eye.  Then apply a small amount of moisturizer to the area and let it sink in.  Use a thin flat synthetic brush to apply concealer starting at the inside corner of the eye.  Brush the concealer lightly downward, blending it out (remember, less is more).  Try to avoid applying concealer to the outer corners of the eye, you’re not dark there and it will emphasize crow’s feet!  To set, use a powdered puff (a non-visible amount) and gently press over the concealer.
